The Ripa group has carried out various urban regeneration projects including: functional garages, built in areas of Rome “Monteverde”, “Via Prenestina” and “Piazza Bologna” (providential in a city congested by traffic and lacking parking like Rome) and the recovery of the abandoned area of the Ostiense Airport Terminal, now converted into the Eataly center.
The spaces of these areas were in total abandonment and have been retrained and reintegrated into the city economy with new functions.
