Residenze RIPA Pineta Sacchetti
The Ripa di Pineta Sacchetti residences are born in a privileged position, a few steps from one of the largest and most beautiful green areas of the city.
The building, a short distance from commercial arteries of great interest and close to the local market, is very well connected also thanks to the proximity to the Valle Aurelia station of the metropolitan railway and the Cornelia stop of the Metro line A.
The proposed solutions offer all the comforts of living in the city without giving up living in close contact with the green.
Among the eleven houses of the building, which boasts evocative design solutions for the distribution spaces, there are two penthouses with large terraces and three apartments on the ground floor with a garden. Every other apartment has a terrace to allow a wide view and the livability of an outdoor space in the warmer months.
Attention to the environment and energy saving are among the reference values that inspired the Ripa Group in the construction of residences, therefore equipped with environmentally friendly solutions such as solar panels for the production of hot water that cover over 50% of the needs of the building.
A rainwater collection network was also built in tanks in order to reuse rainwater for watering the gardens and for maintaining the common areas.
