The Ripa di Monte Gennaro residences are located in a privileged position, thanks to the benefits deriving from the redevelopment project that covers the whole area, both in terms of infrastructure and services to the citizen.
Particularly close to the new urban centrality of Porta di Roma, the building offers all the comforts of living in the city and enjoys high accessibility, just enhanced by the new B1 metro line, with the Vigne Nuove stop. The connections regarding the area also include the construction of the B1 line, with the Jonio stop, which quickly connects the district to the center of Rome and the shopping area.
The elegant Ripa di Monte Gennaro residential building, characterized by a central staircase and illuminated by natural light; it houses only three apartments per floor, with different sizes to accommodate every housing need, and two special solutions (the attic with a large terrace and some independent villas with large gardens)
Each apartment has an outdoor terrace with flower boxes and is associated with a two-storey car garage that contains 50 parking spaces.
Attention to the environment and energy saving are among the reference values that inspired the Ripa Group in the construction of residences, therefore equipped with eco-compatible solutions such as solar panels for the production of hot water that cover over 50% of the needs of the building.
