The Torlonia residences are born in the elegant Nomentano district, in a privileged position overlooking the park of Villa Torlonia. the building offers all the comforts of living in the city, and enjoys high reachability, being almost equidistant from two metro stops B, Policlinico and Bologna.
The elegant Ripa di Monte Gennaro residential building, is characterized by a central staircase and illuminated by natural light.
On the ground floor there are three types of apartments with attached private gardens, while the upper floors are configured as four apartments to floor (of equal size) and two special solutions (with a larger floor area) for the attic. Each apartment has an outdoor terrace with flower boxes and is associated with a garage on the second basement floor.
